- National Association of Disability Representatives, Inc. - 1-800-747-6131 This non-profit organization provides a free referral service. They will provide you the names of qualified disability representatives in your area of the country that may be willing to assist you in your disability claim.
- Social Security Online - 1-800-772-1213 This is the official website of the Social Security Administration. This site provides information about Retirement, Survivors and Disability Insurance Benefits, and Supplemental Security Income. This site also provides wage reporting information for employers.
